A former partner files a rape complaint against Greg Guillotin, who denies the allegations.
Grégory Guillotin is facing a second complaint filed by a former partner, who accuses him of rape, which she claims occurred in 2017. This action comes while the YouTuber and comedian is in police custody in Palaiseau, in a separate investigation into allegations of domestic violence and harassment. He denies the rape accusation.
A complaint was filed in early September.
The former partner filed a complaint at the Neuilly-sur-Seine police station in the Hauts-de-Seine department at the beginning of September. According to her lawyer, Jean-Baptiste Riolacci, she alleges that the alleged incidents occurred during their relationship in 2017. The Nanterre prosecutor’s office declined to comment on the complaint.
Through his lawyer, Tom Michel, Grégory Guillotin categorically denies this accusation. His counsel states that the videographer intends to take responsibility for the acts he admits to, but contests the criminal charges brought against him by this second complainant.
A custody hearing related to another complaint
Grégory Guillotin was taken into custody on Monday, September 28, in Palaiseau, following an initial complaint filed on June 17 with the public prosecutor in Évry. His former partner, aged 27, accuses him of repeated physical and psychological abuse between 2019 and 2026, as well as harassment. An investigation has been entrusted to the Essonne gendarmerie.
In her complaint, this woman describes, among other things, instances of surveillance, humiliation, and insults. She places the first alleged physical violence in April 2022, then reports several incidents during trips to the Maldives and Morocco, as well as a punch to the eye in 2024.
In early September, Grégory Guillotin admitted to the violence reported by the first complainant and said he was « ashamed. » His lawyer indicated that police custody had been planned for several weeks and that his client wished to answer the charges and present his version of events to investigators.
