The association acts in the capacity of controller within the meaning of the GDPR.

We only collect data that is strictly necessary for our activities:

2.1. Contact Form

  • Name, surname (or pseudonym)
  • Email Address
  • Content of the message

2.2. Online donations via HelloAsso

  • Identity and contact details provided to HelloAsso
  • Amount and date of donation

Bank details (card number, IBAN, etc.) are processed exclusively via HelloAsso. Artia13 never has access to it.

2.3. Audience Statistics

  • Anonymized or pseudonymized browsing data (pages viewed, visit time, device type, browser, approximate country
)
  • Via a GDPR-compliant audience measurement toolconfigured to limit cookies and not unnecessarily track visitors.

2.4. Advertising and third-party cookies (Google AdSense)

  • Technical data related to browsing (truncated IP address, cookie identifiers or equivalents, device characteristics, inferred interests)
  • Collected by Google in connection with the display of advertisements on the site.
  • These cookies are only placed after your consent via the cookie management banner.

3. Purposes of processing

Your data is used only for:

  1. Reply to your messages sent via the contact form or by email.
  2. Manage your donations (accounting follow-up, signature, acknowledgments, issuing of receipts).
  3. Measuring website audience and improve our content (aggregated and anonymized or pseudonymized statistics).
  4. Display advertisements via Google AdSense, in order to finance the operation of the media outlet.
  5. Ensuring site security (technical logging, fraud and attack prevention).

4. Legal bases

In accordance with the GDPR, our processing is based on:

  • Your consent
    • for sending messages via the contact form;
    • for the placement of non-essential cookies, including advertising cookies (Google AdSense).
  • The execution of pre-contractual or contractual measures
    • for the processing of donations (via HelloAsso) and any potential association benefits.
  • Our legitimate interest
    • for audience measurement under conditions that respect your privacy;
    • for the technical security of the site and the fight against fraud or abuse.

5. Retention period

  • Contact messages : up to 12 months after the last interaction, unless further follow-up is necessary (dispute, legal obligation).
  • Data related to donations : retention for the period required by accounting and tax obligations, i.e., up to 10 years.
  • Browsing data / cookies : lifespan in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL and the parameters of the consent banner (in principle a few months maximum).

Beyond these periods, the data is deleted or anonymized.


6. Recipients and subcontractors

Your data may only be transmitted:

  • to authorized persons within the association Innovation and Creativity – Artia13 ;
  • to our technical service providers (hosting, messaging, audience measurement tool) acting as subcontractors;

We do not resell your data to third parties.
